They warn against buying bad leads from sources where leads are shared and low quality, and against chasing vanity metrics like likes, followers, and impressions instead of leads, booked calls, and revenue. They advise streamlining “duct-taped” tools into simple systems, stopping ads if the funnel and follow-up are broken, and avoiding rebranding when the real issue is unclear messaging. The replacement is clear messaging, consistent channels, a website built to convert, and fast follow-up.
