Employee Recruitment Marketing

As with any marketing company, we will do our best in the scope of work agreed upon to get you more employee applicants but there are no guarantees and we are not liable.

Continuation
All service contracts, if not renewed on-site, will automatically convert into a month-to-month agreement that any party can exit at any time for any reason given 30-days notice.

Refund and Cancelation Policy
As we are a part of a labor-intensive industry with a lot of software expenses and front-loading, we currently do not offer refunds. Madroit Marketing reserves the right to offer additional services after a contract has been terminated to support a past campaign or help a client, only with the client’s permission.

  • All Madroit Marketing service fees are non-refundable.
  • An early cancelation may result in less effective service results, or incomplete services originally agreed upon.
  • Madroit Marketing requires 21 days notice to end a job post.
  • All remaining balances, subscriptions, and contracts remaining with any services involving software, or 3rd party tools integrated into the contract will be the legal responsibility of the customer to satisfy.
  • If there is a complaint from either party, fair notice by email must be given 30-days prior to early cancellation to ensure resolution opportunities have been discussed. Madroit Marketing reserves the right to cancel agreements prior to the 30-day wait time.
  • Due to the nature of employee recruitment marketing and the weight optimization consistency carries, if a formal notice of cancellation is not requested at the end of a service contract, all services will roll over into a month-to-month service plan until a formal cancellation is requested.
  • Madroit Marketing reserves the right to terminate any contract at any time.

    • Monster, Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor, Google, ZipRecruiter plus many more job sites
    • Jobs posts are placed in premium locations on job sites
  • Applications go to you directly
  • 1, 1-hour monthly strategy and reporting call
  • Optimize job post as needed
