All service contracts, if not renewed on-site, will automatically convert into a month-to-month agreement that any party can exit at any time for any reason given 30-days notice.
Refund and Cancelation Policy
As we are a part of a labor-intensive industry with a lot of software expenses and front-loading, we currently do not offer refunds. Madroit Marketing reserves the right to offer additional services after a contract has been terminated to support a past campaign or help a client, only with the client’s permission.
- All Madroit Marketing service fees are non-refundable.
- An early cancelation may result in less effective service results, or incomplete services originally agreed upon.
- All remaining balances, subscriptions, and contracts remaining with any services involving software, or 3rd party tools integrated into the contract will be the legal responsibility of the customer to satisfy.
- If there is a complaint from either party, fair notice by email must be given 30-days prior to early cancellation to ensure resolution opportunities have been discussed. Madroit Marketing reserves the right to cancel agreements prior to the 30-day wait time.
- Due to the nature of SEO and the weight optimization consistency carries in site growth, if a formal notice of cancellation is not requested at the end of a service contract, all services will roll over into a month-to-month service plan until a formal cancellation is requested.
- Prepaid ad spend is non-refundable
- Unspent advertising dollars may be refunded.
- All refunds that qualify may take up to 45 days to be closed out.
- Madroit Marketing reserves the right to terminate any contract at any time.
